This excess fat, in association with the action of female hormones and changes in microcirculation and lymphatic drainage will often resist in cellulite. There are also external factors such as smoking, stress, poor diet, pollution and lack of exercise that can contribute.

Prevention

You need to know the causes of cellulite to better prevent it. But in general, is essential to maintain a balanced diet, rich in fiber and low in saturated fats, sugars and excess salt. Never smoke. Drink plenty of fluids and avoid drinks with sugar also help prevent cellulite.

Having a regular practice of physical activity is important to improve blood circulation and skin tone.

Eat properly

Decrease salt intake as much as possible because an excess of this is responsible for fluid retention in the body. Drink 2 liters of water a day. An excess of food, especially exaggerated consumption of fats and simple carbohydrates (sugars and sweets) increase the synthesis and storage of fat, favoring the appearance of cellulite. Avoid fried foods, canned, processed or refined foods which contain too much salt, not to mention the preservatives, dyes and artificial substances. These things are difficult to digest and contain high amount of sugars and fats, increasing the amount of toxins in the bloodstream. Raw, whole or steamed foods are best digested and assimilated, also having a higher content of nutrients and fewer toxic compounds. Is a way to enhance other treatments, get results faster and to help prolong the effects.

Foods can help reduce the Cellulite:

Moreover, as it has antioxidant action, it can protect skin cells and help with the healthy functioning of cells, acting strongly on cellulite.

Ginger: The daily intake of the root causes liver enzymes to work and eliminate toxins. Thus, the feeling of fullness is achieved faster. And the fewer toxins, the better your cells work, the faster your metabolism is and the faster you burn calories. As it has anti-inflammatory action, helps keep skin smooth and without cellulite. One tip is to consume it in a juice.

Orange: It is rich in vitamin C. This vitamin aids in collagen production, largely responsible for skin firmness. Another substance orange is carnitine, an enzyme that fights fat accumulation, to include the orange in your daily diet, you may be using this power as a treatment for cellulite and localized fat.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon is a nutritious food, a good source of iron, calcium, manganese and fiber. And cinnamon is a potent antioxidant that provides many health benefits including the reduction of cellulite. In order to have the desired effect you need to drink two liters of water, divided up throughout the day. Other liquids such as juice and isotonic fluids can also help, but be careful with the amount of sugar and calories that are present in these beverages.

Exercises

To improve the appearance of small holes that you already have and prevent new ones appearing, physical activity is paramount. Besides helping to eliminate localized fat in the hips and buttocks, the exercises improve circulation and hence the appearance of the skin.

Change your habits

Excess high heels, sedentary lifestyles and occupations that require a lot of time in sitting position impair circulation and predispose to the appearance of cellulite. Make a change; wear flat shoes, leave your chair every two hours, take the stairs, more walking, park the car a distance away from work. With little effort, you can improve your circulation.

Treatment:

There are many types of treatments to reduce cellulite.

Lymphatic drainage:

Suitable for all degrees of cellulite, lymphatic drainage massage is a dedicated to the elimination of retained fluids in the tissues. “From these moves, toxins and other metabolic wastes are flushed, which stimulates blood circulation and therefore improves the appearance of the skin as a whole,”  The drainage also has an important role in regions affected by cellulite because it helps to eliminate small nodules of fat trapped in the tissue. Therefore, this method is usually very effective in combating the problem, and, of course, to help with bloating.

 Modeling massage:

As lymphatic drainage stimulates the removal of liquid accumulated in the body, the massage modeling acts both on the lymphatic system and adapts the fat. The manipulation of fat promotes vasodilation, increases local oxygenation and accelerates the metabolism , which helps reduce sagging. It is recommended for all degrees of cellulite, since the problem is associated with localized fat – where cellulite arises from sagging skin or genetic load, the massage modeling is not as effective.

Cellulite cream:

There is still no definitive solution to cellulite. The treatments also depend on a balanced diet, regular exercise, genetic predisposition, among other factors. “The use of anti-cellulite creams should be added to other treatments and healthy habits to take effect,”The market offers options with retinoids, horse chestnut, green tea extracts and several other compositions. In general, they promote the breakdown of fat locally, improves microcirculation and stimulating the production of collagen, which improves cellulite.

Radio frequency:

This is one of the most effective treatments for cellulite. “It stimulates collagen production, which reduces the fibrous bands that lift the tissue and leave the skin full of holes,” The apparatus uses a high-frequency electromagnetic radiation which causes water molecules to agitate, by increasing the temperature. The procedure is non-invasive and does not bring any harm to the skin. Moreover, it is one of the longest lasting, restructuring the fabric more intensely. It is suitable for all grades of cellulite, especially in cases where there is associated sagging.

Lipocavitation:

Ultrasound is emitted by a machine and passed to the treatment area through an applicator head, the end of this unit. The use of a gel at the interface between the device and the skin is needed so that ultrasound is transmitted properly. The ultrasonic energy emitted penetrates to the subcutaneous fat, generating small bubbles within the fat cells – adipocytes. These bubbles gradually increase in number and cause unrest within the cell and lead to its breakup. “Fat then splits into glycerol and fatty acid: fatty acid binds to a substance called albumin which is removed by the liver, and glycerol is soluble in water and therefore is eliminated by urine and lymph vessels.”

Green Clay:

Rich green clay minerals detoxify the body, eliminate free radicals and hydrate the skin. when use the Green Clay with another treatment you will have more result.

Now you only have to choose a physical activity that you like, add some organic food preferably gluten free and a good beautician to help eliminate cellulite.
