What is ultrasonic cavitation?
Cavitation is a physical phenomenon of vaporization of a liquid by reducing the pressure, caused by the movement of sound waves. When low-frequency ultrasonic waves reach the adipose tissue they create positive and negative pressures, generating millions of microscopic air bubbles. The application of ultrasound disrupts the adipose tissue, breaking it down.
After several cycles of oscillation of pressure this disruption significantly increases, causing the microbubbles to grow and collapse; these implosions release huge amounts of energy that affect adipose tissue. This process is capable of generating a mechanical breakdown of the membrane of the adipocyte cell and, consequently, its destruction.
This fragmentation of the adipocyte enables a diffusion of the adipocyte lipid matrix, resulting in a stable emulsion which is absorbed and metabolized by the body naturally. That is, with the aid of low-frequency ultrasonic waves, treatment helps to dilute the fat cells, causing them to detach from the body.
This loose fat is removed by the lymphatic system, so there is a need for lymphatic drainage with the use of Cavitation Ultrasound. Ultrasound is not an invasive method, making it the perfect treatment to reduce localized fat and cellulite. If you want to reduce belly, thigh, arm, hip, chin or fat back, ultrasonic cavitation is the perfect treatment for you.
Benefits of Ultrasonic Cavitation:
A painless and non-surgical way to remove fat and cellulite.
Reducing fat in problem areas such as: thighs, hips, stomach, back, arms, chin
Toning the skin, reduce sagging skin.
It is fast and effective. Will be able to see the results after just a 30-50 minute session.
The questions I get asked often:
In what area of my body I can use ultrasonic cavitation?
The common areas are: stomach, thighs, hips, back, chin, and arms. There is no limit to where you can use ultrasound cavitation, but the areas with higher amounts of localized fat is likely to see a better result.
Is the process of Ultrasonic Cavitation painful?
No, this treatment is painless. In fact, it is very relaxing!
Is the treatment safe?
Yes, because it is a non-surgical, non-invasive treatment it is safe. Before starting the treatment I always recommend an evaluation, to clarify your doubts and guide what to do before and after treatment.
How does Ultrasonic Cavitation remove fat from my body?
The ultrasonic cavitation emulsifies the fat during the treatment, making it easier to remove from the body through the urinary and lymphatic systems.
How long does the treatment take and how many treatments can I do?
Treatments last about 30-50 minutes each, I recommend doing them every 72 hours to allow sufficient time for the fat to be completely eliminated from your body. I always recommend 8-12 treatments for a better result.
I need to do something before or after treatments?
For the treatment to be more effective I always recommend drinking plenty of water before and after treatment. I also recommend a low-calorie diet and to minimize the intake of carbohydrates and fat during at least 24 hours before the session. This will help burn any fatty acid and glucose in your body. After treatment, I always recommend making a lymphatic drainage session throughout the body to help in fat expulsion through your lymphatic system.
Can anyone do the treatment?
For the most part yes, anyone who wants to reduce fat and cellulite is a good candidate for ultrasonic cavitation. However, anyone with a pacemaker, heart or vascular disease, and women who are pregnant are not recommended for treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before treatment.
